„Time is money!“ This is a fundamental thesis and an elementary building block of the capitalist apparatus, which should be familiar to every individual who wants to survive in this system or at least wants to secure a certain standard of living/subsistence. With the multi-dimensional and multi-instrumental AHP_plus Matrix ([BI-]Assessment-Tool) division-specific target levels can be realized:

1.2 Evaluation of the analysis results in the comparison, according to the defined requirement profile/criteria catalog.

2.1 Qualification (Human Capital Development);
2.2 Allocation of competence ― optimal allocation of the human element in the organizational structure.
